Examples of use for The All Purpose Acknowledgement by a Notary Public:
1) Notary All Purpose Acknowledgement used when there is no space to place your Notary Seal.
2) Notary All Purpose Acknowledgement used when the document you are notarizing hasn't got a place for your Acknowledgement. See "Essential Elements of Acknowledgement".
3) Notary All Purpose Acknowledgement used when you stamped your seal upside down & there is no more room for another seal.
4) Notary All Purpose Acknowledgement used when the document being notarized has two or more separate signers in separate location that cannot be at the same location to sign.
The Notary All Purpose Acknowledgement "MUST" be stapled to the document you are notarizing.
