PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, PRINT OUT AND KEEP WITH YOU FOR REFERENCE.
INCORRECT SIGNATURES: All the documents must be signed EXACTLY as the names appear with the exception if the name is spelled incorrectly. If spelled incorrectly, then put one line through the name initial and sign. If there is no name printed under the signature line, just look at the top of the document for the borrower's name and see how it is printed. Sometimes JOHN C. DOE might be listed as JOHN DOE on that particular document. Just have the borrower sign as it is printed on that particular document. The full signature must be consistent throughout the package, even if there is no name typed under the signature line.
If the documents are drawn with middle initials, make sure they are signed that way.
If the documents are drawn under a Trust, all signatures must be signed as typed followed by the word TRUSTEE. Example- John E Doe, Trustee.
For a document being signed by POWER OF ATTORNEY, an example would be, JOHN E. DOE By JANE A. DOE, As HIS ATTORNEY IN FACT or JANE A DOE SIGNING FOR JOHN E DOE AS POWER OF ATTORNEY. She will sign her name as indicated on the documents, then where his name appears she will sign JOHN E. DOE By JANE A DOE, As HIS ATTORNEY IN FACT. Where initials are required, it would be JED By JAD.

MISSING SIGNATURES, INITIALS, DATES OR INFORMATION: Be sure to double check all documents carefully "BEFORE" leaving the customers presence. It is your responsibility to ensure all signatures, initials, dates and requested information has been obtained. If the documents are not marked, please look at the signature lines carefully.
